As Principal and Founder of M3 Architects, Joseph brings over 18 years of experience and leadership in the architectural field to each project. With a philosophy that is based on service, team work and integrity, he has successfully lead the development and completion of over 3,000 units.
Joseph's extensive multi-family residential, mixed-use projects (type VA and IIIA, walk ups, podiums and wraps) are the result of an unparalled understanding of problem solving creatively, quickly and efficiently through all phases. Also, as an advocate of sustainable design, Joseph strives to deliver timeless projects of the upmost quality.
Examples of Joseph's impressive body of work include such landmarks as the Bank Lofts in San Pedro, CA, Madison in Irvine, CA and The Crossing in Anahiem, CA. Upcoming landmark projects include Harbor Walk Apartments in Fullerton, CA. Prior to founding M3 Architects, Joseph honed his architectural skills and acumen at Architects Orange, KTGY Group, Langdon Wilson, and Newman Garrison. He obtained his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Washington State University in 1997.
